Emu 818: Lovely vintage knitting pattern for baby shawls 1950s. One crocheted, the other two knitted. One is knitted in 3ply the Fern stitch shawl (bottom left) measures 54" square, the Lattice stitch (right hand) also measures 54" and the crochet one measures 44" (top left). Always work a tension square and change needles or try modern 4ply to get the correct size. Dont forget to dress shawl problerly and dry flat if pure wool is used.

Emu 8528: Great vintage crochet baby circular shawl pattern 1970s. This is a lovely pattern for a circular shawl and little matinee jacket in simple crochet. Jacket to fit 17, 18, 19, 20 inch chest. The shawl will measure approx 48 inches in diameter. They are worked in quicker knit which was a ply inbetween double knitting and 4ply, so choose wich ever you like and adjust the hook size to get the correct measurement in a modern yarn. Always work a tension square. The pattern is in very good condition.

Sirdar 3007: Great vintage baby shawl knitting pattern 1970. One to crochet and one to knit, very pretty very retro. The knitted one is 44 inches square and takes 24 x 1oz ballsdouble knitting wool (about 740gms) knitted on large needles, size old 5 (5.5mm). The crochet one is 44 inches across, 16 x 1oz balls (about 500g) in double knitting wool. Pattern for sale is in good used condition with a few surface marks on the front.
