Copley 200: Great vintage knitting and crochet gift book from 1970s. This is treasure trove of lovely designs - stunning crochet bed spread, a crochet tea cosy and a knitted one,scarf, hat, bag, mans tie, hot water bottle cover and bed jacket, with dolls crochet dress and little knitted rabbit and of course the top hat toilet roll cover! All knitted in double knitting or 4ply, the scarf is in mohair, but can be knitted in either double knitting or 4ply and the bed cape is in modern 3ply. Emu 6501cr:Great vintage cushion bedspread crochet pattern 1970s. This lovely pattern has instructions for the three different cushion covers and the fabulous bedspread all worked in double knitting wool, put a pretty plain cover under the delicate crochet cover spread and match the lining in the cushions, the lavender in the photo looks fabulous. Worked on a 4.50mm hook. The cushions measure 18 inches square, bedspread 73 x 91 inches, but obviouisly can be made larger, allow more wool if you do this.
