Credit card details are not stored by us, either electronically or in written form, ensuring you maximum protection and privacy. Delivery of your items is either by email (in the case of a pdf pattern) within 24 hours of payment, or by Royal Mail overland services - our postal days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, by second class post, or for an extra small cost, by first class and recorded delivery. Costs are determined by weight and packaging costs. We can quote for delivery anywhere in the world, please email us for details.
Royal Mail tracking services are available for an extra charge, if required. Returns are only accepted after receiving authorisation and an RMA reference, and must take place within 24 hours of receipt. We will gladly discuss the matter and sort out which alternative to supply you.
