My mother spend most of her off ours knitting and sometimes when waiting in the car for her officer - she was a Sargent Driver in the WRAF.  There are instructions for jumpers for each service including the Land Army Girls, hats, socks and interesting comforts- wonderful! 20 pages There are over 12 designs, some of which can be purchased separately see below.

There are instructions for items a shown on the front as well as long socks, ladies socks with fair isle tops, lovely shaped scarf set with embroidery, the hoods as below, rabbit wool (angora) scarf and gloves, and lots more.
