Mountain Maid 241L: Fabulous ladies vintage evening jumper knitting pattern. 1940s. This is so elegant, would look great with evening trousers or long skirt or shorter cocktail length skirt, the bows are velvet. The jumper is knitted in bouclé, which you can still get, but if not try modern 4ply in a tension square (7stitches and 8 rows to an inch on no 10 needles (3.25mm) worked in stocking stitch and moss stitch, this little jumper is shaped to give that elegant fitted look.
